Our firm works in a number of ways with clients.  Some clients prefer a bill by the hour or fixed project fee.  Others prefer a contingency arrangement, meaning that LAVA Group is only compensated if we successfully achieve your objective.  We have successfully worked under all of these types of arrangements.  However, we are selective in our assignments.  We only represent clients with portfolios that fall into one of our industry categories and meet other criteria that we have established over the years.  Our screening ensures that our clients get the full attention and experience required to meet objectives.
